From your gallery you can upload, reorder, caption and credit your photos. GPS coordinates are removed automatically on upload to protect your home address.

Yes, the bio is multilingual: add one version per language. If a language is missing, your profile's default language is shown, and the profile assistant lets you know.

Each role adds its own fields: measurements and pose types for a model, gear and specialties for a photographer, audio samples for a musician, and so on. This structured information feeds the search filters.

Enter your rates on your profile, or tick the TFP / unpaid collaboration option if you are open to trades. Buyers can filter by rate.

Your personal calendar shows when you are available, and you can post a travel notice to say you will be in another city. This information appears on your profile and in search.

You can tag the members who worked on a piece of media (photographer, makeup artist, stylist, and so on). Once they accept, the media also appears in their portfolio.

Each piece of media gets its own tags, chosen from a translated list (shoot type, style, lighting, location, and more), plus free keywords if you wish. Suggestions are offered, and you can apply the same tags to several items from one session at once.

Media without at least one tag from the list does not appear in filtered searches. Because the list is translated, a tag entered as fashion in English is found by someone searching mode in French; tags also power casting matches.

About 15 tags maximum per item, to prevent keyword stuffing. Misleading tags can be reported and removed by moderation.

A sensitive category tag (boudoir, lingerie, artistic nude, and so on) triggers the rules specific to those categories. The matching category must be enabled and verified on your profile, which requires age verification.

No, the description is always optional and can be written in several languages. We also encourage adding separate alt text for accessibility.

MP4, MOV and WebM videos are converted automatically for smooth playback, and subtitles are supported. Musicians can upload MP3, WAV or FLAC files; length and number of files depend on your plan.

You take a short live capture with your device's camera. The system checks that the image really comes from a physical camera and shows a real person, then gives you the Verified badge.

The badge reassures other members and improves your visibility, since many people filter search to verified members only. Verification is also required to enable sensitive categories.

No image of your face is kept. The image is processed in memory, turned into an encrypted mathematical template from which your face cannot be rebuilt, and then deleted immediately.

Yes. You can ask for manual verification by a moderator, with no biometric capture. Consent to biometrics is requested separately, and you can review or withdraw it in your settings.

Check your lighting, use your device's built-in camera (not a virtual camera) and try again. Attempts are limited over a period of time; after several failures, another method will be offered.

If the result is uncertain, you are asked for a different type of proof: an ID document, a passport or a digital identity, then if needed a human review through a short video call. You are told the level required and the general reason, without details on detection signals so fraudsters cannot learn from them.

Facial age estimation keeps a margin of error of a few years. To make sure no minor ever gets through, only people estimated at 25 or older pass directly; everyone else confirms their age with a stronger method, such as an ID document.

Yes. Being estimated under 25 does not mean we think you are a minor: it simply triggers a more reliable check. Once your age is confirmed, you have access to the same features as everyone else.

Complete a private verification confirming you are the account holder, then give your consent for each category. You can provide private examples, visible only to verified buyers you authorize or to no one; the category then shows as declared and verified, with no public image.

Yes, at any time and without giving a reason. Revoking takes effect in search immediately.

Only the verified buyers you authorize, or no one if you prefer. This media is encrypted and cannot be freely viewed by platform staff.

You can filter by role, country, city, radius, language, verified status, rate, availability, work preferences, media tags and keywords. Search works by profile or directly by photo and video.

Pick a city and a radius, then sort by distance if you wish. If there are no results in the area, the search widens automatically so you never land on an empty page.

Saved searches, alerts and extended filters are part of advanced search, included with the Pro and VIP plans. You are then notified when a new profile matches your criteria.

You can mark a profile as already contacted (with the date) or already seen, or add a personal note or label. Only you can see them, and they stay attached to the profile even if the person changes their photo.

Create a casting or collaboration call describing the project, location, date and the tags you are looking for. The free account allows 2 to 3 castings per month; Pro and VIP are unlimited.

Open the casting and apply directly on the platform. Talent whose portfolio carries the casting's tags is notified automatically when it matches their profile and city.

All applications are grouped on your casting page, with access to each applicant's profile. You can then contact them through messaging and book a shoot.

After a real collaboration, confirmed through messaging or a booking, you can leave a positive, neutral or negative reference. References without a verifiable collaboration are not accepted.

Yes, you have a public right of reply, once per reference. Your reply is shown below the reference.

Open a dispute: it is reviewed in a separate queue based on evidence (did the collaboration take place, does the booking exist). A clearly abusive or retaliatory reference can be removed, with the reason recorded.

When leaving a reference, indicate that the other person did not show up or cancelled late. This report counts toward their reliability score.

It combines the references received, including late cancellations and no-shows. To prevent retaliation, cross-references left immediately one after the other are subject to a delay and a review.

Propose a booking directly from your conversation with the member. Once accepted, it is added automatically to both people's calendars.

Mark your available periods in your personal calendar and add travel notices when needed. This information appears on your profile and is used by availability filters.

Cancel from the booking in your calendar and let the other person know as early as possible through messaging. A late cancellation can be reported in a reference and affect your reliability score.

A last-minute change of location, refusal to share project details, requests for money, or pressure to come alone or go beyond what was agreed. When in doubt, do not go, and talk to the safety assistant.

The message informing you of the decision explains how to appeal. Your appeal is reviewed by a different moderator from the one who made the original decision.

It depends on severity: a warning, hidden content, a temporary suspension or a permanent ban. The exact duration is always stated in the message sent to you.

No. Moderators have no access to your private messages, except those that have been reported, nor to your payment data. All their actions are recorded in an audit log.
