Who we are

Castalio is a creative platform in the making, based in Quebec (Canada). This page only covers the founding members waiting list.

What we collect

Your email, your first or artist name (optional), your crafts, your city and country, your portfolio link (optional), the page language, your confirmation that you are 18 or older, the date and text of your consent, your referral code and, where applicable, your referrer’s. To block abuse we keep a non-reversible fingerprint of your IP address — never the address itself.

Why

To invite you at opening, apply the founder offer and referrals, and prevent abusive sign-ups. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

How long

Until Castalio opens, then at most 12 months if you do not create an account. The anti-abuse fingerprint is erased after 30 days. You can delete everything yourself, immediately, from your personal link.

Where

The page and database are hosted by Cloudflare, whose servers are spread worldwide: your data may be processed outside Quebec and Canada, under Cloudflare’s contractual safeguards. Nothing is sold or shared for advertising.

Cookies

No advertising or analytics cookies. A single strictly necessary cookie remembers your language, only if you change it.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent: use your personal link or write to us through the form. You may also complain to the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec or to your country’s data protection authority.
