Code of Conduct and Anti-Harassment Policy

What we expect

• Treat every member with respect, whatever their role, background, gender, orientation, body or experience.
• Be honest about your identity, work, rates and intentions.
• Keep your commitments; give as much notice as possible if you must cancel.
• Respect the limits the other person sets, before, during and after a shoot.
• Get clear consent before any shoot or publication, and record it in an image release.

What counts as harassment

• Persistent messages after a refusal or a block.
• Unsolicited sexual advances or remarks.
• Threats, intimidation, blackmail.
• Insults, hateful or discriminatory remarks.
• Publishing someone's private information.
• Creating accounts to get around a block.
• False or retaliatory references.

Honest references

References must relate to a real collaboration. The member concerned has a one-time public right of reply and can dispute a reference. Clearly abusive or retaliatory references are removed, and immediate cross-references are reviewed to prevent retaliation.

Your tools

• Block a member in one click.
• Report a profile, message, media item, casting or reference, and follow the report.
• Use the check-in protocol to alert a trusted contact when you arrive at and leave a shoot.
• Visit the Safety Centre and use the safety assistant.

Consequences

Depending on severity: warning, content removal, suspension or ban. Every decision includes a reason and can be appealed.
