Refund and Cancellation Policy
You can cancel yourself at any time, and European Union residents have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

Cancelling your subscription
- A cancel button is visible in your settings; you never have to go through support.
- Cancelling never takes more steps than subscribing.
- You receive a confirmation email.
14-day right of withdrawal (European Union)
If you live in the European Union, you have 14 days from subscribing to withdraw from the contract, even if that period includes a free trial.
A clearly labelled 'Cancel my contract' button remains available throughout those 14 days, from the same interface used to sign up. Withdrawal is confirmed in two steps, then you receive a timestamped acknowledgement by email.
If you have not used your plan's paid features, you are not charged. If you have used them, only charges proportional to that use are kept.
Waiving the right of withdrawal
You can ask for the service to start immediately and acknowledge that you then lose your right of withdrawal. This is done through a separate checkbox, never pre-checked, and your choice is recorded.

How proration works
Proration is calculated automatically: days used divided by the length of the billed period.
How you are refunded
- Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal: refunded to the original payment method.
- Cryptocurrency: automatic refunds are impossible and crypto values fluctuate. We therefore refund in stablecoin for the original amount in your currency, to the wallet address you give us, or, if you prefer, as an equivalent account credit.
- Account credit may be offered as an alternative, never imposed.
Chargebacks and abuse
Before disputing a payment with your bank, write to us at [email protected]: most cases are settled quickly. In the event of a chargeback, we provide the payment provider with the relevant evidence (usage, date you accepted the terms, login history).
Repeated cycles of subscribing, using and requesting refunds are detected and may be limited.
Taxes
- Taxes (VAT, GST/HST or others) are calculated based on your country and itemised on your invoice.
- Business customers can provide their VAT number to be invoiced without tax where the law allows.
- Cryptocurrency payments are taxed like any other.
- Your invoices can be downloaded from your account at any time.
