Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

We design Castalio to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, across the website, the Android app and the installable web app on iPhone.

What we put in place

• Full keyboard navigation with a visible focus indicator.
• Sufficient colour contrast.
• Alternative text on media, which every member is encouraged to write.
• A complete, tested mirrored layout for right-to-left languages (Arabic, Hebrew, Urdu, Persian).
• No blocking of right-click or basic browser functions.
• An assistant that never opens on its own and can be turned off.
• Machine translations clearly labelled as such.

Known limitations

Some content published by members, such as images without alternative text or videos without subtitles, may not be fully accessible. We encourage members to complete them.
